Our Story
Our founders and leadership team have worked with or for multiple financial advisory firms over the past decade. They noticed there was a big disconnect between what the clients were told, versus what they were actually receiving in terms of ongoing service. They were speaking to clients years down the track, and they didn’t even know who their super fund was or who their adviser was, and they hadn’t heard from their adviser all year and had no idea how their super was performing.
The directors left that firm and tried another firm, which ended up being the same thing all over again. Multiple funds remained open, insurance reviews not done, no ongoing contact, no protection in market crashes… nothing…
AGAT was created so we can work alongside financial advisory firms rather than for them. We only work with firms that have a proven history of compliance, ongoing customer contact, outside services and last but not least, performance. If they don’t meet that criteria then they do not get to work with our company. This is why we check in at least once a year to ensure you are happy with the service you are receiving and the advisers are providing the service they said they would.
